Best performance of the Commissioned Work: £500

The winner will be offered a performance in the RSNO season following the competition.. Prizewinners are frequently invited to perform across Scotland

Events Description

Every three years since 1986, the Scottish International Piano Competition (SIPC) has been held in Glasgow attracting many of the world’s most brilliant young concert pianists to Scotland.

The Competition has, over the years, enabled many young professional musicians to gain recognition at an early stage in their careers.
